The Caspian Snowcock is a magnificent large game bird found in the high mountain ranges from Turkey eastward to Central Asia. Its subtly patterned plumage provides excellent camouflage against the rocky, barren landscapes it calls home.

Found in rocky alpine and subalpine zones, scree slopes, and sparsely vegetated mountain ridges across its range, including parts of Turkey, Iran, and Central Asia.
