Another dazzlingly colored fruit dove from Fiji, the male Golden Dove is almost entirely bright yellow-green with a golden sheen, making it a spectacular sight. It shares its habitat with the Orange Dove.

Endemic to the larger islands of Fiji, including Viti Levu, Ovalau, and Kadavu, inhabiting primary and secondary forests.
