Fraser's Warbler is a small, active warbler with an olive-green back, bright yellow underparts, a gray head, and a distinctive white supercilium (eyebrow) that extends into a white forehead.
Where to spot
Resident in the Andes Mountains of northern Colombia and western Venezuela.
How to spot
Look in humid montane forests, especially in dense undergrowth near streams. It often forages low. Listen for its high-pitched, somewhat buzzy song.
When to spot
Can be observed year-round within its resident montane forest habitats. More vocal during the local breeding season.
