A very small, active warbler with plain olive-green upperparts and pale yellowish-white underparts, and a relatively long tail often held cocked.
Where to spot
Forests, woodlands, secondary growth, and gardens throughout Madagascar.
How to spot
Look for its small size, olive-green plumage, and constantly active movements in the undergrowth or mid-story. Listen for its high-pitched, rapid, chattering song.
When to spot
Year-round resident. Active during the day. Breeding occurs during the wet season (austral summer).
