The Spectacled Warbler is a small, attractive warbler named for the prominent pale eye-ring or 'spectacles' around its eye, contrasting with a darker face. Males have a grey head, rufous-brown upperparts, and pinkish-orange underparts. Its song is a rapid, rattling trill. It inhabits dry, open scrublands.
