Rickett's Warbler is a relatively large leaf-warbler with greenish upperparts, a prominent yellowish supercilium, and a distinctive bill shape. It inhabits broadleaf forests.
Where to spot
Primarily found in broadleaf evergreen forests, often near streams, across parts of Southeast Asia and southern China.
How to spot
Listen for its loud, distinctive call. Look for it foraging actively in the undergrowth or lower to mid-canopy, often near water sources.
When to spot
Observable during its breeding season in spring and summer in its northern range, and during migration/winter in its southern distribution.
