Lantz's Brush Warbler is an endemic species to southern Madagascar, closely related to the Madagascar Brush Warbler. It is typically found in dry forest and scrub habitats.

Endemic to arid and semi-arid regions of southern Madagascar, inhabiting dry deciduous forests, spiny thickets, and degraded scrubland.
How to spot
Focus on the undergrowth of dry forests. Identify it by its overall brush-warbler appearance and distinct song, which helps differentiate it from other Nesillas species in its range.
When to spot
Year-round resident. Most active during the cooler parts of the day, such as early morning and late afternoon.
