Where to spot
Found in humid lowland forests of the southwestern Amazon basin, particularly in Brazil, Bolivia, and parts of Peru.
How to spot
Scan the mid-story and canopy of mature lowland forests. Its subtle coloration makes vocalizations important for detection.
