Murphy's White-eye is a species endemic to Rendova Island in the Solomon Islands. It is a small, bright yellowish-green bird with a prominent white eye-ring.
Where to spot
Found exclusively on Rendova Island, Solomon Islands, inhabiting montane forests.

Search for small, active birds in the forest canopy and mid-story. Their high-pitched, twittering calls often indicate their presence.

Active year-round, with peak foraging in the mornings and late afternoons.
