Bishop's O'o was a striking Hawaiian honeyeater, known for its glossy black plumage accented with bright yellow thigh tufts and a distinctive tuft of yellow under its wings. It is now extinct.
Where to spot
Historically found in the montane forests of Molokai, Hawaii, and possibly Maui. Sadly, it is no longer possible to observe this species in the wild.
