How to spot
Look for its glossy black body with a prominent white collar around the neck. Often seen foraging in small groups.
When to spot
Year-round resident. Active during daylight hours.
The White-collared Myna's bold white neck band makes it easily identifiable among other dark myna species in its relatively restricted range.
