Where to spot
Forests, forest edges, and cultivated areas of Malaysia, Indonesia (Sumatra, Borneo), and southern Thailand.
How to spot
Look for small green birds, often solitary or in pairs, feeding quietly in fruiting trees. Their high-pitched calls are a good clue.

Year-round, active throughout the day, particularly during feeding.
