How to spot
Look for its striking golden-yellow breast and belly, combined with black upperparts and yellow facial skin. Often seen in pairs or small groups in the forest canopy.
When to spot
Year-round resident. Best observed during daylight hours, often in the canopy.
The Golden-breasted Myna is arguably one of the most colorful of the larger myna species, with its vivid yellow contrasting strongly with its dark upperparts.
