The Mouse-coloured Flycatcher (*Agricola pallidus*, now *Melaenornis pallidus*) is a widespread African flycatcher. It is a plain, pale greyish-brown bird, sometimes with a faint warm wash on the flanks, and a rather inconspicuous appearance.

Widespread across sub-Saharan Africa, inhabiting a variety of open dry woodlands, savannas, and acacia scrub. Often found near forest edges or clearings.
